Classic Wuyi Oolong is the selected tea for this competition. Participants can prepare their own teaware and tea kettle or choose to use the porcelain tea set and electronic tea kettle prepared by Fang Gourmet Tea.
Participants can choose their own method to make the tea during the twenty minutes of the competition. The tea made by the participants will be submitted to the audience and the audience will vote for their favorite tea.
Fang Gourmet Tea Double Can Premium Tea Set will be awarded to the winner.

芳茗軒泡茶比賽
十二月十七日所舉辦的比賽, 以【經典武夷烏龍】為比賽用茶. 參賽者可自行準備茶具、燒水壺, 也可選擇使用主辦單位提供的瓷茶具組、電熱式燒水壺, 在比賽的二十分鐘內使用自己決定的方式泡茶, 泡出的茶湯立即請現場來賓品評, 也請來賓投票選出最喜歡的是那一杯茶. 優勝者可得到芳茗軒高級雙罐禮盒一份. 比賽報名截止日期：12/16/2011.
