Ali Mountain Oolong / 阿里山烏龍

Ali Mountain Tea plantations are located at elevation between 1000-1800 meters above sea level. Currently, among all the Taiwan High Mountain Oolong tea, Ali Mountain Oolong tea is the most famous and most important with the most output. It is the most representative tea in the category of half-fermented tea. Ali Mountain Oolong tea tastes fresh and charming, assumes a subtle honey green and amber color, smells fresh and elegant, and is quite unique. It is excellent both in quality and quantity.

茶區位於海拔1000-1800公尺，目前台灣的高山烏龍茶以阿里山的高山烏龍茶最富盛名，也是最重要、最大量的高山茶區，可稱為是半發酵茶的代表作。阿里山烏龍茶湯清爽怡人，湯色蜜綠帶金黃，茶香清新典雅，獨具風味，質量俱佳。
